Nuts and Bolts
We start with a free discovery call to see whether it feels like a good match.
All sessions are held in your home or a community space, such as a park or library. This allows us to engage with aspects of your daily life in context.
Sessions occur weekly at first, to establish a familiar groove in our work together.
As you feel ready, we move to every other week sessions, and then monthly.
The goal is for you to feel equipped and supported while you gain skills and exercise your autonomy.
When you feel ready, we move to quarterly check-ins or closure of our work
I work with adults of all ages and developmental abilities with a specialty in neurodivergent populations. My therapeutic style is gentle, authentic, and trauma- sensitive. We begin where you are and cultivate a connection which serves as the cornerstone for all of our work.
Every person is an interwoven system, and I consider all aspects of an area of challenge to ensure lasting growth and change.
